Mine are quick and easy. n the oven putting garlic powder and season salt on each side. Cooking them on a baking rack in a pan with water in the bottom of the pan so it evaporates and keeps the chops moist. Cook my chicken cutlet the same way only marinating it in Italian dressing overnight, then cooking in the oven on the same baking rack with water in the bottom of the pan.
