What's your favorite thing to buy in Disneyland?

I LOVED the the chili chesse fries from test poiolits grill (i think thats the name) beside sorring over cali in dca.... they are fries that come with the works!!!!!!!!!!!!! they were so good... i went and had some before we left for the airport :lmao: ...... I LOVED THEM hahahahahah

I love to get churros, especially when they are hot! I also always get a chocolate filled croissant...they are so yummy. Our best budget thing that we get every trip is breakfast in Tomorrowland near Buzz Lightyear. You get a huge breakfast sandwich on a croissant with potatoes and a drink for $6.99
It is the best breakfast around and such a great deal. Even my cheap FIL :rotfl2: loves this and we have to eat there everyday when he goes with us!

Also, I always end up with a balloon or a Flashy light toy from electrical light parade.

Ahhhhh! I forgot about the MICKEY PRETZELS!!!! They're almost too cute too eat!

you know i used to looooooooooooove the pretzels especially with cheese but a few years back i started noticing a change in the taste of the cheese and it wasnt for the better so I stopped getting it and for the last year or so the pretzels have had really no taste at all so I dont buy them anymore and that is sad...however, I do like the pretzels from wetzel pretzels...my favorites are jalapeno cheese and cheese meltdown one...

i guess my favorite thing to get at DL is the frozen lemonade slushees with a cherry squirt and a corn dog at the red wagon:cloud9: and I love the skewers from bengal bbq...especially the bacon wrapped asparagus yum!!

The incredibly huge snickerdoodles from Pooh's Corner. Also gotta be the Mickey Mouse pancake at the River Belle. We love to eat outside in the morning, soak up the atmosphere of the area, and just thank our lucky stars that we're at Disneyland.

We love to buy...you name it! Always Christmas stuff - mugs, ornaments, etc. We also always get the Christmas ears, which we all wear.

The pommes frittes and Mickey beignets at Cafe Orleans are really, really good!

We always go right after Thanksgiving, so our faves are usually holiday-themed. Santa's Reindeer Round-Up is a daily must for us when we're there.

Love the ideas!! Ready to try a few or as many as possible only one problem--I'll have to pack extra as I am trying for a whole new wardrobe by loosing weight; guess this means I'll have to pack a bag of 'fat clothes"!!!!

Dole Whips, churros, mint juleps, and Mickey Mouse pancakes. :)

I don't think I really have a particular favorite souvenir. If I see something I love and it's within my price range, I'll grab it. Shirts, jewelry, pins, figurines, plush, whatever! I do enjoy collecting pressed pennies, if that counts.

We love the churros, popcorn and anything chocolate from the Pooh Corner. To me anything that is bought at Disneyland tastes better, looks better and is more special. :)

A new pin for DS (6months) lanyard to represent the season of the trip. So far he went for Halloween and Christmas

A treat from the Pooh shop (chocolated covered peanut butter fudge is my fave) for me

Cherry coke or raspberry sprite and a mickey pretzel with cheese for DH at the Refreshment Corner

Just curious as to where the Refreshment Corner is?? Thanks. The Cherry coke or raspberry sprite sound yummy!!! I could eat the Mickey pretzels all day, they are very cute but very tatsy too.:goodvibes

magnets, and souveniers to bring to friends.

My favorite restaurant is the french market. I love sitting and just relaxing over a nice lunch!

My favorite snack is the popcorn (i think its just the overpriced bucket that I love- haha!) and the cherry frozen lemonade. And the caramel apples. mmmm.

What I treasure most are my photos!!!
mmmm I sooo love the popcorn. My family doesn't get it, they think I can get popcorn anywhere and it's the same but no...no it's disneyland popcorn and it's my favorite.
CAn you get the mickey mouse ear ice cream treat? That has become a fav of our wdw trips! i also always buy a snowglbe from wdw so hopefully i can find them at dl too! :tink: Not long till the magic begins!!!! May 16:simba:
Yes you can the mickey ear ice cream treat. They have the sandwhiches and the icecream in chocolate both are yums.
Also, I always end up with a balloon or a Flashy light toy from electrical light parade.

OH! I ALWAYS get a flashy toy. Last year I got a flashy rose and a random man laughed at me, maybe I'm getting to old for the flashy toys :confused3

I also ALWAYS have to get a new keychain. I have so many now, but everytime I go I find a cooler one.

And I ALWAYS have to get a corndog from the red wagon on mainstreet, and eat it with just a little ketchup.

Ears are a must! Hands down.
Pins -- a more recent obsession
Christmas ornament to reflect the trip (I do this for any vacation anywhere..)

and.. last trip to WDW I saw these 'build your own charm bracelet' stations throughout the park. I had so much fun finding charms that suited me. At DL, I cannot wait to get a few more that are DL specific to add to the chain!

Wow so many great reply's. I can hardly wait now! I am defiantly taking all the suggestions and going to try a few. Where is the best place to eat in the parks as far as a sit down meal?

My personal fave is Carnation Cafe. Everything tastes so yummy and Oscar the chef comes out to say hello. I also love Cafe Orleans for the people watching.

For souvies - I always get a new photo album and frames for the pics that I will have developed from the trip. Also I always get a Christmas ornament or two.

Food - popcorn,

Refreshment Corner is at the far end of Main Street right before you get to the Central Hub on the left hand side (if you are facing the castle). There is a piano player and Mary Poppins and Bert often hang out there. But the best part of the shop is that they have vanilla, cherry and raspberry syrups to add to the drinks. You can make any combo you want, but the two I mentioned are DH and my favorites!

Oh yes, have the Pomme Frites at Cafe Orleans...OMG, they are soooooo good!!!!!!!! We really should have ordered 2, 1 for the kids and 1 for the adults. LOL

We don't buy the flashy toys at DL, we get glow necklaces or bracelets and bring them in ourselves. Much cheaper and since the flashy toys try to give me migraines much safer. LOL

Oh the snacks!!! :goodvibes perhaps the best part about disney??? I love the chimi's, the stuffed pretzles, the corndogs, the dazzler things at the haagan daaz store. I love steakhouse 55, oh and the million dreams glowtini! YUM!

My fiance and I always get each other one pin as a souveniour for the trip and I usually get a new shirt to wear on the trip.

A sit down meal in the parks... hmm... the blue bayou is a fun experience. The Storyteller cafe is at the GCH and is great. It's so close to DCA that I think of it as being in the park. I'm getting hungry thinking about all the great food. It's going to be a long time until July...

Good luck on your trip and have fun!!!

oh yeah- and a dole whip! OH- the swirl ice cream on the boardwalk between Screamin and Ariels Grotto.

Carnation Cafe....breakfast, lunch

Cafe Orleans...Lunch or dinner...you can get the monte cristo sandwich like at Blue Bayou much cheaper:thumbsup2

now the remainder are counter type service places but they have indoor seating so its kind of like a sit down meal but just without a server:confused3

Riverbelle Terrace...breakfast

Plaza Inn...dinner...if your in the mood for a homestyle kind of meal this is the place to go...great pot roast and fried chicken
