What's your favorite SMELL of WDW?

I'm just curious as to what everyone's favorite smells are that they sniff around WDW.

I personally have 3:
The characters! (the mask characfters, not face characters) . . . they all have this certain smell to them . . . can't really describe it but reminds me of WDW!

The underground smell of POTC!

And, lastly, the smell of the Ohana restaurant at the Polynesian. I think it must be the pineapple bread . . . but whatever it is, it smells GOOD!


So, what's YOUR favorite WDW smell?

My family's absolute favorite is the great ceremonial house at the Polynesian!! It just has that certain smell that makes us go "Ahhhhhh we're back!!!"

And Main Street Bakery of course makes your mouth water!

Love the smell of Soarin but my favorite is after my morning run the smells coming from the Boardwalk Bakery MMMMMMMMMMMM.

The apple pie smell on Philharmagic. Yum!! I think it's a subliminal message because I always want to have some apple cobbler at the Crystal Palace afterward.

hmmm..I know this will sound strange to anyone that isn't an animal lover, but I love the smell of the animals at AK, esp, the bats...I LOVE that habitat with the fruit bats!

I also love the smell of Goofy's candy shop! MMMMMMMM Chocolate!!!!

Main Street - first thing in the morning. Its more than just the bakery, but the bakery sure helps!!

This may sound crazy, but I love the first smell of WDW air when I step off the ME .

Second, POTC...definately!

Third, EPCOT at rope drop for the world showcase

1.The Boardwalk in the morning (yes the bakery helps)

2. The citrus smell in Soarin'

3. Lobby of AKL in the evening (smells like the fireplace and all the great roasting food)

4. The lobby of the GF (beautiful fresh flowers are everywhere)


DH says he like the smell of the tommorrowland speedway (gas smell)!

I have a few...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell of the pine trees in soarin and the apple pie in phillharmagic and the gingerbread smell from the gingerbread house in the Christmas parade. Mmmmm. I also like the smell of the stores...I just like the smell of new stuff from the store. I know thats kind of weird, but its all good. Hehe.

TOTALLY Agree. Christmas AND Disney!
I also love the smell of the food court in Tomorrowland (yes it's weird) but I sometimes catch the same smell when I am home and I think...Disney! For those of you who fly down, the best smell is the first breath of fresh air when you leave either MCO or Tampa's airport. Smells exactly like vacation should.
