Besides the CRT & Rainforest- (we booked rainforest already) What are your favorite ones from each park? We only did buffets & now that we have a ddp, we'd like to possibly try a diff restaurant (although we may bounce to them) but I'm trying to figure out which one for MK, Epcot *they have so many to choose from!!*, and MGM. We booked Rainforest for AK, I didn't really see anything else there. :confused3

Oh AK has Yak and Yeti! We ate there in Jan and loved everything we tried!

Our favorite at Epcot is either restaurant in Japan. MGM has The Brown Derby with their classic Cobb Salad and an out of this world flourless chocolate cake to end your meal with.

MK has Columbia Harbor house but I don't think you're needing counter service ideas are you? I hear good things about The Plaza Restaurant but we haven't eaten there yet......maybe next year. LOL

Have fun planning!

Um, ooo, tough question. Lemme ponder.

MK: LTT (for lunch, every trip)... Plaza, I guess, for dinner

MGM: uumm... I guess 50s? Though we tried Mama Melrose last time, and liked it

AK: we're trying Yak and Yeti this trip; only other TS we've had there is RFC and that doesn't count

Epcot: Rose and Crown, though lately we've been doing Chefs de France b/c it's nice and quiet at lunch

We don't usually eat dinner in the parks. There are a lot of dining options in Epcot, but there's also the option of walking over to the Boardwalk/Yacht and Beach club area for Spoodles, Beaches and Cream, or Captain's Grill. We love Spoodles! That's our usual dinner for Epcot day.

Happy eating! :hippie:

M.K.....Crystal Palace

Epcot...Le Cellier

MGM....The Brown Derby

A.K.....Never ate TS there yet....going to Yak and Yeti next week
Kerri

MK: Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch - crabcakes, turkey dinner)

EP: Coral Reef (dinner - lobster bisque, pasta with shrimp)

MG: Brown Derby (dinner - crabcakes, cobb salad, grapefruit cake)

AK: (sorry - nothing here for us - we'd just stick with RFC)

MK - CP
Epcot - Tutto Italia
HS - 50's Prime Time
AK - none yet

Magic Kingdom - Liberty Tree Tavern... but truely, I don't usually eat TS *in* MK. I would much rather hop on the monorail and buzz over to the Poly for Ohana or Kona. ;)

Epcot - Oh waaaaayyy too many to choose from. Coral Reef or Garden Grill, probably, for the atmospheres. Le Cellier for the food, if you can *get* an ADR.

Disney Studios - Sci Fi or Primetime for the atmosphere, really none of the TS in DHS do much for me for the food alone.

AK - Only TS we ever ate at here is RFC. WOuld like to try Yak and Yeti and the new Tusker House breakfast though.

Really, our favorite TS places are NOT usually in the parks. IMHO the resorts have much better food choices.

Magic Kingdom- Crystal Palace Breakfast and Dinner! We also did Tony's for lunch and it was pretty good...but CP is our fav!

Epcot- Le Cellier (Althought we are trying Tappan Edo for the first time this trip, so we may have a new fav!)

MGM- My favorite is actually a counter service! I love the Backlot Express! I always get the turkey melt which is AWESOME! But we dined at Sci-Fi and it was a fun atmosphere!

Animal Kingdom- I would take a quick bus ride over to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and eat at Boma or Jiko! Both restaurants are SUPERB and you still keep the magic of Animal Kingdom going by walking around the resort and looking at the animals!

Favs would have to be...
MK-Tony's or LLT for lunch and The Plaza for dinner
AK-Flame Tree BBQ for lunch and Boma's (quick bus ride to AK Lodge) for dinner
DHS-Prime Time for lunch and Hollywood & Vine for dinner
Epcot-Sunshine Seasons (in The Land Pavilion) for lunch and Japan for dinner
If you have time for a dinner show...We loved the Hoop de Doo Revue at Fort Wilderness!

Happy dining!!! :goodvibes

My suggestions:

Animal Kingdom - Yak & Yeti for a Table Service,
Flame Tree for Counter Service

Epcot -this is very hard as each location has its own unique characteristics.
Biergarten - Table Servie Buffet
or leave the park and try the Cape May Seafood Buffet
Coral Reef or Tutto Italia - Table Service non-buffet
Tangerine Cafe or Sunshine Seasons - Counter Service

Hollywood Studios - both the Sci -Fi (burgers & ribs)and 50's Prime (homestyle meals)Time have very interesting atmospheres and are both table service

or a boat ride to the Boardwalk from there and check out Flying Fish which is a signature location.

Magic Kingdom - Tonys Town Square -Table Service non-buffet
Crystal Palace - Table Service Buffet
Pinnochio Haus - counter serive

or a short walk to the Contemporary Resort and try Chef Mickeys(buffet) or California Grill(signature)

Wherever you end up, hope your food is delicious and your experience is magical!

MK-usually counter, Pecos Bills or CHH, or Cosmic Rays
EP- CR, Le Cellier, San Angel, Cantina, Yakiori House, Sunshine Food
AK-never eatten here want to try Yak & Yeti
DHS-Sci Fi or PT for CS we tried Toy Story wasnt bad

MK--I know it's weird, but I'm a big fan of Cosmic Ray's.
Epcot--Le Cellier, followed by Chefs
AK--Rainforest Cafe (haven't tried Yak & Yeti yet)
DHS--I have high hopes for the Brown Derby

Animal Kingdom -- Flame Tree Barbecue--but it is counter service; we are trying Yak & Yeti this year. We don't like Rainforest Cafe--have several here where we live (Chicago) and they do not appeal to us
Magic Kingdom -- Crystal Palace for breakfast and Plaza for lunch or dinner
Epcot -- LeCellier (this may change once we try the new menu)
Hollywood Studios -- Mama Melrose

MK - we've eaten at CP, LTT, and The Plaza and enjoyed them all with CP being our favorite
Epcot - Biergarten has great food and is really fun!
DHS - We LOVE 50's Prime Time and Sci-Fi - the atmosphere at both places is great and all the food we've had was really good too!
AK - had lunch at Tusker House buffet and it was really good - my 5yo ate more there than anywhere else on our trip!

Honestly, we have never had a bad meal at WDW - just pick what looks good to you and give it a try!
