Whats Your Favorite Place to Eat at DL?

Not a big fan of the Blue Bayou. I like the Plaza Inn on Main st. The fried chicken and the mash potatoes are delicious. And for dessert try the strawberry shortcake it's my favorite.

I really like the French Market - I would go there to eat if it was just a restaurant in my area - I like it that much. My other favorite is Rancho Del Zocalo. The kids like both of those as well.

I can tell you where I can't go back to eat is the Wharf in CA

All my father and I wanted was a couple of nice cold (expensive) beers... he was having trouble with his ankle so he sat down and started to eat. I went to get the beers but of course it's "1 per customer"... I figured fine... it's Disneyland... and since the woman in front of me just picked up 2 there shouldn't be a problem.

WRONG

The guy serving picked me to fight with for some reason. He was arguing with me trying to get my father to come over and I told him to give him a break especially because he's not holding everyone to the policy... that's when it got ugly.

He tried to give me some line and at that point I said "fine... give me the 1 beer" and he said something like "I can choose not to serve you at all if I want!". I told him he'd better brush up on his customer service skills and the dude KEPT AT ME about the policy and how it was OK that he broke it for the woman because she had already been through with some guy...

To make matters WORSE he gave me even more lip after I came back from giving my father HIS beer to get my own.

Normally I would have taken this punk to task but I was in DISNEYLAND and I figured my best bet to calm down right away was to just chill.

Funny that ever since then that one sour moment at Disneyland sticks out in my mind

... at any rate... sorry for the rant Especially for post #1... but my favorite place to eat is Tomorrowland Terrace during a show

Thanks for the info, btw do you know if the pizza place in DCA sells the same kind of pizza since the price is the same.

Sorry, I have never eaten at the pizza place in DCA! I think that and the McDonalds are the only two places I have not eaten at inside the parks. I almost always go to Taste Pilots or Award Wieners when I'm over at DCA.

Sit Down: Blue Bayou in DL and the Vineyard Room in DCA

Quick Service: Corndog cart on main street

Snacks: Anywhere I can get a big soft pretzel followed by a Mickey ice cream sandwich.

Pizza port is easily the most convenient (we're always running around looking for something quick and when we went there wasn't much of a crowd) and the food is really good!
