What's your favorite non-character breakfast in the park?

We are going for our first disneyland trip in a couple of weeks. My boys, 8 and 6 are not interested in meeting characters while they are eating. They seem indifferent to the whole idea, but I'm sure that's because they've never been in that situation. We have a reservation at Storyteller's, but I'm thinking about canceling it and looking at non-character restaurants in the park, like the Rainforest Cafe. What's your favorite breakfast?

Rainforest is in DTD, not actually inside the parks.

At DL, we've always, for 30+ years, loved breakfast at the Riverbelle Terrace. You can eat outside on a nice day overlooking the Rivers of America and watch the Mark Twain pass by, and enjoy the ambiance of the area before it becomes covered with blankets and people camping out for Fantasmic.

Decent breakfast food, too, and one of the last locations (if not the last) where you can get an authentic Mickey Mouse pancake.

It's a tradition for us to have breakfast there at least once per trip. No reservations needed or taken. :thumbsup2

We love Carnation Cafe. The have reasonably priced meals with really good sized portions. Just really good food.

Flo's diner...love taking our breakfast outside and watching the beauty of Carsland :)

For breakfast in the park we love Riverbelle Terrace also. The food is good and we love sitting outside in the morning while things are still relatively quiet, looking out at ROA and the Mark Twain. Its a great way to start the day.

We love the cinnamon rolls.....

Last 2 trips to the Riverbelle Terrace has been disappointing, the food is always cold!

We love Carnation for a sit down breakfast. For quick service we really enjoy Jolly Holiday, gotta love the giant cinnamon rolls!

We love grabbing a quick breakfast at White Water Snacks in the Grand Califoria Hotel.

Our favorite breakfast is at the Jazz Kitchen Express in DTD. Their breakfast burrito and chickory coffee are the best!!! YUM!!!!

La Brea Bakery in DTD is great (awesome french toast!) and it's right by the park entrance so it's really easy. Also, even if they're not into the characters the breakfast buffet at Storytellers is one of the best ones in the parks, so it may be worth it even if they are too cool for Chip and Dale!
