What's your favorite use of FP's?

Mine is going to Splash Mountain and pulling a FP. Then go next door to Thunder Mountain and wating stand-by. Stand-by for Thunder Mountain is long and HOT. Then, by the time I'm done riding, it's time to go back for my FP time for Splash. Ride Splash to cool off after that long HOT wait for Thunder. Two rides for the wait of one, and I get nice and cool after waiting for Thunder.

This depends upon Splash having a return time of 2 hours or less, of course. But I love doing this!

How about you?

My wife takes the kids into Mcdonalds at AK then I go down to Dinosaur get the FPs , by the time the kids finish thir burgers and fries it is time for "Countdown to Extinction" .
I was at AK for its soft opening and then a couple times before the name change so I still have a hard time calling it Dinosaur.

We always get fastpasses for something before lunch, then when we are done eating it's time to ride. Often we get them for Buzz, then eat at Cosmic Rays. In Epcot we ALWAYS get them for Living with the Land, and then eat at the food court. It works perfectly every time. I love that ride, but I would never stand in the standby line for it, and hey, we have to eat right?

This is what I did at MGM last time when I had two hours in the park by myself:

I got a TOT fast pass then rode Rock-N-Roller coaster 2x in the regular line. After the 2 rides I got another fast pass for TOT. Rode TOT and then had about 1/2 hour before my next return time. I went and got a candy apple and people watched for awhile then rode TOT one last time. I was out of the park and in my car by 11:00am. Four thrill rides plus food and shopping in two hours. I thought that worked pretty well.

My favorite stratigy is to ALWAYS have a FP in your hand. Get a second one right when the first one expires. Send 1 person to get the next FP while others are (fill in the blank) eating, at the restroom, riding something that you don't care to ride. But always have one, especially in the busy times of year.:D
