What's Your Favorite Food At Mama Melrose's ?

I love the Chicken Pipette Wood-grilled Chicken and the Grilled Chicken Flatbread!

We did the Fantasmic dinner there on July 4th. My favorite part of the meal was the mozzarella and tomato appetizer. The main dish (I got the chicken parm.) was pretty underwhelming to me. Not bad but not anything to go back for. My daughter however, LOVED the grilled pork chops with what she called the "fancy" macaroni and cheese. My husband said the steak was OK, but not as good as what we're used to... we're from Texas where steak is pretty much it's own food group and we eat a lot of steak.

We did the F!Package in May - I have to say, we will never go back. So take my list as things not to get.
Ceasar Salad - big leafs of no-so-fresh lettuce, tons of cheese, zero dressing - zero flavor.
The chicken parm was terrible - no taste, red sauce was basically canned tomatoes with no spices or seasoning.
The chocolate cannoli cake - looked much better than it tasted. I have no idea why they even call it that - nothing about it looked or tasted like a cannoli.

I can't believe I am saying this, but I will try Hollywood and Vine buffet before I eat here again.

We loved the calamari as an appetizer and I loved the chicken parm

We love MMR and do the fantasmic package everytime we go. And... hands down favorite family pick is the Chicken Parm usually 3 out of 4 of us get it and the one who didnt always picks off of the others. I think this time it will be the same except my wife will get the Strip steak, but I have recently had Gastric Bypass and will only be able to eat a small amount of my chicken parm so she will undoubtably eat some of mine as will the kids finish it off!

Now that I think about it, I have steak here a lot too. Maybe I will try something else.
