I'm curious, what's your favorite table service places to eat for lunch in Downtown Disney that accept the dining plan? What items do you like the best from your favorite restaurant?

we had the BEST lunch at raglan road in september... there were 11 of us and we all mixed and matched our food, constantly swapping plates, so i can't even tell you what i liked best, as i liked all of it A LOT!

.

Is Planet Hollywood on the meal plan? I tryed to call 2 weeks ago to make my Seating for april and was told it was not on the meal plan. So I had to rearrange our ADR's. Can anyone confirm that it is or is not on the plan.

Thank you!

The non-Disney owned restaurants like Planet Hollywood may not be finalized on the 2008 plan yet. Keep checking to see when the final list is released.

The only Disney-owned restaurant there is Cap'n Jack's, I think.

Planet Hollywood apparently does not serve lunch. The OP was looking for lunch. I can't find a lunch menu for it.

I'm sorry for posting in the wrong forum.

Thank you for the replies. I think we'll check Raglan Road out. I found some pictures of it online and it looks very fun!

Haven't had a bad meal at Wolfgang Pucks, love eating outside during the nicer weather.

We had a good meal at Raglan Road in September also. Some of the reviews since then have not been great, hope they resolve that soon!

We had lunch at Raglan Road in October on the DDP. There was a new menu. No appetizers on it at all. There was a list of several entrees and another list of sides. With any entree you could pick one side. So if you order the fish you can get chips with it as a side and then dessert.

It was extremely bad value if using DDP.

Service was very friendly but also very slow despite the fact the restaurant wasn't busy at all.

Although we have enjoyed the food every time we've dined at RR (3 or 4 times for dinner and this once for lunch), service seems slower every trip. I don't know whether it is the servers or the kitchen. Well, actually refilling drinks is certainly the server! Anyway, it's off our list for a while.

We haven't eaten at WP Cafe for a couple of years now but always enjoyed lunch there. Next time we have lunch at DTD, I'm sure it will be there.

Planet Hollywood does serve lunch, but the menu is the same all day so there really isn't a lunch menu to find. WDWinfo has the menu and correct hours; Allears only has dinner info. So being the obsessive planner that I am, when faced with conflicting information I called to confirm and learned that yes, they do serve lunch. :rotfl: They open at 11AM.

Hopefully they will be added to the '08 dining plan. Right now, the only DTD restaurant listed is Capt Jacks, but I would assume that will change with the release of the updated DDP list. Now, back to waiting for the official updates... :surfweb:

I wonder if they changed it or something, because it was on the dining plan this last September. And it was totally worth the time it took to get down there!!! Great food, fun atmosphere!!!
