What's your Favorite Breakfast?

A scrapple sandwich with ketchup. I prefer rye.

A good eggs and bacon with hashbrowns is always appreciated. Ooh, and eggs benedict is good.

One night, I made belgian waffles with strawberry sauce and whipped cream (with bacon on the side) for dinner. My kids decided it was the best dinner I'd ever made. :cool1:

Eggs, over easy, with corned beef hash and toast with black currant jam. Coffee and OJ or tomato juice.

I'll be ready for it around 7:00 a.m. if you're deliverin'. :rotfl:

The breakfast that is cooked by someone other than me!:lmao:

But seriously, I like Fluffy's Surprise. Makes a good Christmas morning breakfast because it can be made the night before and then just pop into the oven while opening presents.

Precooked, chopped up, bacon, ham, sausage (any or all!) in the bottom of greased pan. Want to be lazy buy precooked meats!

Pour tater tots over the top.

Pour uncooked scrambled eggs over the top.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Put shredded cheese on top and bake a few more minutes until melted.

No measurements given, just use whatever you think for however big you want to make the casserole.:thumbsup2 It's one of those can't mess up dishes. I use about 1 dozen eggs & 1 small bag of tater tots for a giant 13x9 pan.

Pancakes, waffles, french toast with powdered sugar, hashbrowns

MMM

Blueberry Mickey waffles!

Sausage Bread!!

Takes a while to make, but so worth it.:)

Eggs & Bacon.

Eggs over hard with lots of Franks hot sauce.
Applewood smoked, thick sliced bacon cooked until it is nice and crispy.

hhmmmm.. let's see...

If it's a saturday morning... a chorizo, queso, pappas and fresh jalapeno burrito from Carnitas.

If it's at my best friend's house... eggs benedict without the poached egg on it.. and extra hollindaise sauce...she makes it from scratch and it's delish:rotfl:

If it's sunday morning.. a mickey mouse waffle made in our own kitchen with some bacon and lots of syrup.

If it's a weekeday... oatmeal or brown rice

Pumpkin pancakes with vanilla whipped cream and turkey sausages.

I also enjoy eggs benedict.

In the spring I like blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and kiwi mixed together and poured over a plain waffle. You can dust the whole thing with a smidgen of powdered sugar, or leave it as is. Mmmmm....Berries.

Something I never get to have - This amazing breakfast burrito concoction that they make at a truck stop near where my parents live. It's delicious, and I can't seem to recreate it at home.

Veggie Scramble:

1/4c mushrooms
1/4c onions, diced
2 tsp olive oil
1 Morningstar Farms Veggie burger
1/2c Egg Beaters
1/4c tomato, diced

Saute mushrooms and onions in olive oil. Add one thawed Morningstar veggie burger, cut into bite size pieces. Saute for about 1 minute. Add Egg Beaters and tomato, scrambling until fully cooked.

Yum!
