Right now we have a dinner @ Chef Mickey (DS bday!) prior to Wishes.

I also have our final dinner at Boma (from suggestions here on the DIS)

We have 2 more days that we can eat (either at Epcot, DHS or the resorts) and I would love to know where you would go.

we're not on the DP, so everything is OOP.

we have in our group:

Me - eats anything
DH - eats meat, but is OK with most anything
DD8 - eats most anything
DS7 - eats anything
Grandma - eats anything
Grandpa - needs "healthy heart" type meals (low fat, low sodium, etc.)

we don't want super fancy/stuffy - - but don't necessarily need a buffet either.

thanks!!!

Epcot has plenty of choices.

San Angel Inn in Mexico, is wonderful! Be aware that it is not Tex Mex style foods, more traditional in prep and taste, so check the menu online.
But we love it, very good atmosphere, calm and relaxing and very romantic.
And lastly not to $$.

Coral Reef is another, haven't been there but always want to. (someday I will get there).

Le Cellier Steakhouse in Canada. That is awesome! A bit more than others but still reasonable. Prime Rib and Strip were off the hook good. Can't say enough about it. This is a hard ressie because the place is smaller than others and has a fabulous reputation.

Those 2 are the only ones I have eaten at in Epcot. But there are plenty more choices there.

Ohana at the Poly is a great dinner. All you can eat family style served at the table, has wonderful food. The meat skewers and side dishes, some of the best on WDW property.

As for DHS, we have eaten at Sci Fi and it was ok. Nothing to write home about or really recommend. But a must do "once" in a life. LOL
I would recommend staying at Epcot for your choices or the Poly.

Have a great trip!

We haven't eaten TS at HS. So, I cannot recommend anything there.

For Epcot, our family favorites (family=DH, me, DD8 and DS5) are Biergarten and Rose & Crown. At Rose & Crown, we like to dine on the porch. :)

For resorts, we love 1900 Park Fare.

Epcot= Lecellier, very good but hard to get into!

Coral Reef trying this year for 1st time
Biergarten absolutely yummy choices and a umpalumpa band.

Resorts= Park Fare @ Grand Fla.
Ohana's @ Poly
Kona @ Poly
Whispering Canyon@ Wilderness Lodge
Cape May Clambake @ Beach Club

have been to all except Kona and love them all!

DHS= 50's Prime Time trying for the first time this year,( lunch) reasonable prices for paying OOP too! Reviews are very good here and entertainment from the servers too!

Sci Fi good for shakes, onion rings, burgers. I would go for lunch here.

Biergarten is a wonderful option. It's a buffet with a variety of food, not just German. Plus there is entertainment. We have eaten here three times and find the restuarant relaxing and away from it all.

We loved O'hana for dinner. The kids were entertained, the view of Wishes was wonderful, the atmosphere was magical and the food was delicious. Chef TJ can and will take care of Grandpa's special dietary needs just have it noted on your reservation and ask for him when you sit down. He works most days, I'll try to look the info up for you.

Ohana for sure!

Also, the Cape May Clam Bake Buffet. It's not just seafood. We love the ribs, salads and desserts there. Plus it's easy to get to from the Studios--only a delightful boat ride away.

One tip--when you exit the boat, don't go into the lobby straight ahead of you as it belongs to the Yacht. Go out onto the path and turn right, then walk towards the pirate ship that is part of the Yacht and Beach Club pool complex. Look for an entrance to the Beach Club lobby there.

My favorite spot for dinner is Kona Cafe...it's a nice place to dine before Wishes. After dinner just stroll out and watch them from the beach!!!

We love 1900 Park Fare for dinner. It's always our "goodbye" dinner our lat night. I can't get enough of those Stepsisters!

Ohana is great at the Polynesian
Teppan Edo, Coral Reef and Le Cellier at Epcot
50's prime time or Mamma Melrose at HS

O'Hana would be my choice for the resorts
Biergarten in Epcot for sure!
