We love the parties, and for MNSSHP trips we usually do a couple. First couple years we booked TS in the park before party started. Then we decided to try just doing CS and after a few years, we have decided to go back to TS (I know not always possible). What we tried last year was eat a TS for a late lunch at a resort just before changing & heading to party. That held us pretty well but if hungry later we got snacks, but many of those were not open past late parade time.
What we have found over the years:
-CHH is used as a Trick or Treat station so it is closed early
-Pecos Bills has closed on us earlier in evening and was frustrating because they sold us burgers but by time we got to toppings table they had cleaned most up. Eat early.
-El Pirata, sometimes open, not consistent because it has been used as a treat station.
-Pinnochio, we ate there very early and we were the last ones being served, so it did close early.
-Cosmic Rays is where we usually ended up, and it worked well with our evening to eat during Wishes and sit outside to view. What we have experienced is the side stations are closed and we are having to pick from the front station which is mostly burgers/nuggets.
