Has anyone gone to Animal Kingdom around 2pm and stayed until closing (7pm)? This would be at end of June. Will we be able to ride Safari, Everest without FP+ and not too long a wait? (I think 45 minutes is the most I would like wait, although I have waited longer for Peter Pan!:) )

Why don't take a Fp+ for these rides?

Yep. Surface of the sun hot and suffocating humidity. But EE is easy as long as you use the single rider line. Standby will have a pretty long line until quite late in the day. Similarly, the line for the safari will be long until late in the afternoon. Actually, you'll have a better ride if you wait until late anyway. The animals become more active as closing time nears.

Typically the crowds would lighten up considerably once the afternoon parade was over. Once they retire the parade this summer, who knows how crowd patterns and ride wait times will change.
