I just checked MDE for lunches tomorrow and BOG had several times available. I also did this the other day, looking for lunches the next day and then, too, BOG had lots of availability. I remember the time when BOG was one of the hardest ADRs to get for lunch. We're going to WDW in May, haven't made any ADRs yet, and probably will be playing it by ear, making ADRs the day beforehand. What a surprise that we may be able to get BOG. Any idea why it's gotten so much easier? It wasn't the most top-notch meal, but I loved the ambiance.

Same could be said for any restaurant.
People are cancelling and rearranging ADR's the day before so they don't get charged a no show fee.
I've been to BOG 8 times for lunch with the most recent time being February and I've never been disappointed.

I have gotten many day of reservations that people cannot get at 180 days. I tend to either make only a few reservations before arriving or, if I do make reservations for each day, I know I will change half of them once on site.

I'm sure that as others have said it's mostly people changing and cancelling ADR's while they are there to avoid getting charged for not showing up. But I'm also willing to believe in part the buzz has worn off a bit as well. I know with me I have done it twice and while I love the decor and theming of the restaurant, I was not impressed with the food and really have no desire to go there again anytime soon.
