What's UR fav?

this may be difficult but i really loved dixie landing's (now called riverside) becauseit gives you a charming atmosphere of south carolina in the 1800's. It has beautiful magnolia trees, very cool but simple lobby a great food court and buildings brought up to look like old plantation mansions!!!!!! this is great for someone who really likes atmosphere but doesn't like to pay a small fortune for it. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I loved all the resorts I've stayed at (POFQ, POR, BWI, GF, and WL) but my absolute favorite is:

The Boardwalk Inn:Pinkbounc

It's a close call between the Contemporary and the Polynesian, but I think the Polynesian is up just little bit over CR.

We love the tropical atmosphere, the volcano pool, the water parade at night, the access (monorail, boat, bus) and the rooms.

I'm happy to stay anywhere at Disney, just as long as I'm there is all that counts. But if you want to know the favorites, it would be those two.

Up to now it has been, hands down, the Contemporary. There's a magic to the place that hit me back in 1971.

HOWEVER, I believe the top spot on my list is going to receive a serious challenge this December when we stay at the Yacht Club.

We shall see....

WA

Our first trip we stayed at the Disney Village, later the Disney Institute and becoming Saratoga Springs. I don't know if they tore the bungalos down for the new VC, but they were very nice and roomy two room suites. We really loved it there.

Our current fav is the AKL...so unique.

Defintly Grand Floridian.... I just love that place!:smooth: :smooth:

The only resort we have stayed in that we are definitely going back to next trip......Animal Kingdom Lodge. Fell in love with this resort. Of course next time we're splitting between AKL and Boardwalk Inn so I might be changing my mind. LoL

This is tough. Have stayed at many different resorts. CBR is bright and colorful and lots of fun. Poly is beautful. The Old Dixie Landing was cool! Love the atmosphere of the Boardwalk. Trying the Wilderness Lodge in a few days. For now it is the Boardwalk, but that could change!

The Wilderness Lodge is our all-time favorite. We hope to return to it again next year as this year funds are low and we are headed to CSR.....after WL we hope we won't be disappointed.:D
