What's up with My Disney Experience website? 7/24/2018 0316

I was checking my reservations and it asked me to update my info. I did. Then a new looking website showed up.

I can't look up anything. Now it says, "Error: We're sorry. We encountered a problem retrieving one or more of your reservations. Please try again later."

I guess that I will have to wait until later today...or tomorrow...or next week.

Now the regular page shows up and it says,

"We're sorry. We encountered a problem retrieving one or more of your tickets. Please try again later."

"We're sorry. We encountered a problem retrieving one or more of your dining reservations. Please try again later."

"Whoops!
We are experiencing unexpected challenges at the moment.

Please try again later.

We had issues last night. Despite whatever we typed into web bar, it kept defaulting to something with hollywood studios in the web address but then stated couldn't load page because of to many redirects. Happened on 2 computers and both of our phones. We cleared all the cookies (several times) but still would not work. This morning I got into it, but it took me to the canadian site. I had to reset my google to "restore original settings" and it finally started working.
 
I am also only getting Canadian site on chrome. Going to give it time before I reset settings.
 

I have issues all the time with the website (using Chrome) and app (iPhone). It just craps out after a bit of refreshing for FP+ or even just logging in sometimes to look at your itinerary.
 
UGH!!! I had issues last night and still this morning.... on all my devices, web sites and apps. Frustrating!!!
And now.... I can get on to the site.... but it keeps coming up all in FRENCH!!! Like previous posters... its' the Canadian site!!
I have to keep changing the country at the top of the page back to United States!!! It's crazy!!!
 
Anytime I have issues like the ones above, I open an Incognito/Private, etc browser page and it almost always seems to fix the problems.
I have it happen so often I keep Firefox on my computer for no purpose other than MDE access and have it set to save NO data whatsoever. No browser history, no cookies, no passwords, nothing. And set to clear anything it does try to save upon exit. So it's like a fresh install each time I open it. So far, this is meant I have little issues when I use Firefox. I prefer Chrome as that's what I'm already using but when it's being a PITA I switch to Firefox.
On my phone I do the Incognito thing.

And you know what the funniest (or not) thing is, they (Website Support) claim that Chrome is the optimum site for accessing MDE!
 
Thanks, everyone. Even though I couldn't make any changes to my Pop reservation online, I was lucky enough to find a cast member over the phone to make the changes for me.
 
I was having some issues today. Firefox didn't work well at all, but Chrome worked ok. 30 minutes later firefox was working and chrome wasn't. I suspect they are updating the website causing some issues.
 
I've found with chrome that when your login times out (need to re-enter password), it does not clear it's cookies/cache correctly. When I first go to disneyworld.com, if it is showing that I am logged in, I will log out from the drop down dialogue, then sign back in and it works that way.

Yes. Excellent info. I have to do the same. Not sure if the exact time out time but it's short. Too short for a website like Disney. My bank lasts longer
 
it might be ok now. I just checked and was able to sign in and out okay, and all my FPs were there.
