what's up with miller rewards?

After reading about peoples' frustrations over Disney Awards ( of which I am one. Lost points twice and never got any back to date), I'd like to ask if people are having success with Miller rewards? I cashed out on Aug 30 for 10 dd and I have never received them. My points are still listed in my account but if I try to cash out for something else I am told I don't have enough. The home page claims they last paid out for these through the Aug 9 claims.

I've received the same explanation from e-poll regarding a claim from 8/21. "They haven't received payment from their sponsors." I am becoming so discouraged by these sites which don't hold up their end of the bargain.

Any words of encouragement? In the past I've been told on the boards to be patient. I'm glad to hear that others are as disappointed and angry as I am.

I ordered in Sept. I have just sent an email to them. They are usually fairly good. I hate it when you get the run around from these sites.
