What's the Zero dog bowl thing and where do I get it from?

I've heard something mentioned here before about a Zero dog bowl filled with some kind of treat, can't remember what it was. Can anyone fill me in on what it is and where I can get one from? And how much it cost?

Last year they had them at French Market, in New Orleans Square. I don't remember what food was served in them, or how much it cost, but they were included in the price of the meal.

They also had some really cute Nightmare themed desserts at the same restaurant. There was cheesecake with Jack's head made of sugar/gumpaste on top, Jello with fruit served in a chocolate coffin, and one more that I can't remember right now. IIRC, there were pictures in the "Disneyland Food Photos" thread
