Depending on what your family situation is, I think they can totally be worth it. We stayed in them... but we have 6 people in our family. I loved having our own room (with a QUEEN size bed) with the kids out in the living area. My boys each had their own bed, and my 2 yr old slept nicely on the chair fold out. Had the baby needed a bed (besides a pack n play) two could have easily doubled up on the pull out sofa.
The kitchen was great because we were able to keep water cold and milk for breakfast each morning. The microwave was nice for oatmeal or microwave popcorn in the evenings/afternoon. Also, you get two bathrooms with the suites.
The rates depend on the season that you go during. They are a little more than 2 value rooms, but if you are like us and would rather all be in one location, it is worth the extra cost. Since we didn't have any extra adults going, it wasn't worth us trying to get 2 values. I also liked that the girls could take a nap in the bedroom, with the door shut, and the rest of us could watch tv in the living room.
