I know that I've heard there is a way to call Disney and purchase something that was in the parks (it's not sold online).

Anyone know where I need to start? I can't seem to find the info now, and I am trying to locate a set of Princess figurines (my DD has lost Ariel and Jasmine, and it's a tragedy of epic proportions!).
