WHat's the offer to recent guests for 8-9/2007?

OK I am going nuts please help!! I am going in April adn I recall in December some folks saying that when they were on sight they were offered the free dining plan. They had to book right there on sight and only some of the resorts were offering this?

Is this still going on hoping they will offer in 4/15 stay. DH will be so surpirsed and will shake his head at me but WHY NOT?? right??
