California Grill?? We have a 9:20 now and it's on our 1st full day. I just think we especially my daughter will be too tired. I have called a couple of times this week, but what are the odds of cancellation this late? advice?

Thanks

Just keep trying, sometimes persistance pays off!

Seeing that you are 23 days out I would say there is a 57% chance you will be able to move the time up but that will require a minimum of 3 calls per day seperated by 4 hours and you must escalate your 1st call from 8am up to Noon and back down to 8am from now until your arrival day or until successful.

Good Luck.

:wizard: :thumbsup2  :confused3

Also try asking for a party size of one below and one above your actual size. The restaurant should have no problems accomadating you, but it may help with the ADR

When I want something every chance I get I call. It's no guarantee but it's sure worth the try.

Funny, however this has nothing to do with CG, but I just got off the phone with dinning because I want to move my Tusker House Breakfast ADR from 8:05am to around 10:00ish due to morning EMH that day. Of course the place is booked solid :sad2: but she did say that I should try like the day before our ADR because that is when most of the cancellations happen. But for your case, I would consider trying about 48 hrs from your ADR time because people have up until then to cancel since you have to put a credit card down to reserve your table.

Just a side note, we love eating at CG early. We have an ADR for 5:30pm which is also when they start seating for dinner. Eventhough watching the fireworks from up there is special and highly recommended, I think watching the sunset over MK is equally as special....Good Luck getting what you want and here is some pixiedust: for you.
