What is the name of the tea with the princess and Rose petal and is that a 90 day reservation or longer? With whom do I make the resevation with?

It's My Disney Girl Perfectly Princess Tea. I think you can make reservations out longer than 90 days if the event is still "open" for those days. You can make the reservation through Disney dining.
