What's the longest you waited for your DS.com order?

I placed an order (Pandora items) on May 27 and it was shipped on May 30 via UPS. UPS handed it off to USPS on June 3 and there's been no tracking since.

Recently DS.com sent me 2 emails to rate my experience. The first one I responded to telling them how I despise Mail Innovations/SmartPost for shipping. In the second email, they wanted me to rate my purchase. Well...if I had my order I could rate my purchase.

So, what's the longest you waited for a DS.com order?

Once handed off to USPS, it should only take a few days at most to deliver it to you. During Christmas you might need to wait a few days extra, but not this time of year. At this point the package is lost - you need to contact DS.

We recently had a similar experience. Even after two weeks it still said awaiting package at UPS. We reached out to customer service and they quickly sent a new package and placed a return on the initial order. Unfortunately something we had ordered had gone out of stock, but they offered a gift card to make up for it of a little more than the cost of the item. Not a great experience, but once we reached out to customer support things got resolved pretty quickly.

Months. We ordered personalized Christmas stockings. It took 5 attempts for them to get the names right. We have multiple ones with the wrong name on them or blank. Lucky us, The Disney Store told us to do whatever we wanted to with the incorrect ones.
