Well...my family (mom, dad, and brother) and i were staying at boardwalk i belive. we checked in late at night because we drove in and for some reason they had to put us in a temporary room and we had to change rooms the next morning. Well...instead of my brother and i being in the way we walked over to epcot together. This is when test track first opened. it was sooo crowded. all the zig-zags were open inside and outside in the blazing sun the line was zig zagging too and going in a circle at one point with jugglers in the middle to entertain. well since it just opened my brother and i thought it would be really really cool to get in line and ride it before the parents did. i think we waited over 3 hours. it was so freaken hot. it was a relief after we got inside in the air, but at that point we still had a long wait. my parents thought we were crazy. i would never ever do it again. and that ride so wasn't worth it. i mean its a good ride but nothing is worth that. anyway...that is my story.

I once waited in line for 30 minutes for Pooh. Last year I didn't go on Peter Pan's Flight because the line was 40 minutes long.

at least 20 minutes in the FP line and to make matters worse I had to go to the restroom. Luckily It was Soarin and we got to sit in the front!

OT: Never seen you here Cardinal.

People shouldnt Complain about long lines Its DIsney World you KNOW theres gonna be A LOT of people there even on a slow day this is Excpected

The longest line I ever waited in was to meet Ariel. It was a must do for my DD (age 4 at the time) and there was no talking her out of it. Most of the line was in the direct sun. :scared: And of course we got w/i waving distance and my DD was so excited she had to go potty. Lucily I was able to wave my DH over to take her while I held our spot.

I just refuse to wait in lines for rides or attractions. I either fast pass or come back.

it Seems Most people can stand up to an hour anything over that is Too much I usually avoid anything over 60 minutes :)

At a theme park, an hour, tops. But the longest line ever? A number of years ago, Eastern Airlines started flying again (temporarily) and had $6 one-way fares from Boston to New York. I got to the airport at 6 AM, and finally boarded a plane at 1:30. What can I say? I'm a sucker for a sale :teeth:

The longest we've ever waited is 2+hrs for Kali River Rapids. This was way back when they first started the fastpass system, and the castmember, who was also new, didn't quite understand how it worked, so he waited until he let in however many fastpass people before the standby people even when there was no one in the fastpass line and then let in only so many standby people. There was seriously no one coming in the fastpass line for 15 min. and he still wouldn't let any standby people through. We only figured out what the problem was when we got to the spot where the two lines merge and we saw one of the senior cast members explaining the fastpass system to him. I kinda felt bad for him. We've never waited standby for Kali since then, even though this would probably never happen again.

Mine was two hours and it was to buy as STUPID pin set?? :confused3

What was I thinking???:scared1:

Can you Imagine 1 hr and 45 min on Rock n' Roller Coaster WITH FASTPASS!!!
TERRIBLEE

Last july about 11am we (sister, son&me) waited 2 1/2hrs to get on kali river rapids ride.We dont know why it took so long mabye it was the humidity that day and everyone wanted to ride it.

It was probably back in 2000 or so. It was for Rocket Rods at Disneyland. That attraction was so cool, but had MAJOR operation problems. I don't think that attraction ran for more than a year. Glad I got to ride it though.

This may be a bit graphic, so here's your warning! Most of the queue was in side hallway type rooms, and obviously someone was not feeling well in the line and barfed. CM cleaned it up super fast, but it stunk so bad. And I was about 100 people back from where it actually happened.

Last summer we surprised my mom with a trip to Disney. Unfortunately, the day we went to Animal Kingdom, all the electronic stuff (pardon my technicalities) like the gate entrances, fast passes, and dining registers were off...the park turned so archaic. The guy at the gate put an "X" on our ticket! There were CMs in the restaurants with pad and pencil taking our orders, and a calculator to total the prices...needless to say it was utterly strange.

Anyhow, the purpose of my post now is that we had to wait for Everest for 3 hours (and not a minute less):headache: . Dinosaur took us 60 minutes, Kali River Rapids almost 75.

At least next time we know to turn around when they've got a marker in hand at the gate!!

The longest line I ever waited in was over 3 hours for Splash Mtn. during Spring Break/Easter week in the early 90's. I'll never do that again.
We usually don't wait in standby if the posted wait is more than 30-45 minutes.

I've waited 90 minutes for TOT in 2003. At this time, only one side of the ride was open (due to a refurbishment). By 10:00 am, all the fast passes were gone, so we had no option but to wait in the LONG line if we wanted to ride!!
