seems like we always wait over an hour for BTMR. I dont know why we do. We dont think the ride is all that. Might skip it next time.

usually if its more than 30 mins ill pass on it or wait till later OR get a Fastpass if possible:upsidedow

THe longest line I ever waited in was way before fastpass and right when the Indiana Jones ride opened in DLR. I waited for almost 4 hours to ride that ride! I can't believe we spent almost half of our day in line!!

ME TOO! I was there the first month it opened. The first day of our vacation we only waited about 30 minutes, but the next week the line was FOUR HOURS LONG! It wrapped all the way back to the entrance of Adventureland and around into Frontierland! I haven't seen anything like that before or since!

Mine was Test Track when it first opened. The wait was around 2 hours. I think I remember getting in the line around the middle of Early Opening (now Extra Magic Hours) and not getting out until 10:30. This was in the days before FastPass and before EPCOT had a lot of other bigger attractions like Mission: SPACE and Soarin'. Fortunatly I liked the ride. It would have stunk if I waited that long and didn't. :scared:

longest was 2 hours. it was an hour wait for RnR, and it was the very first time me and mybro ever went on. And then it broke down, so we waited another hour. My parents were pissed, they thought we went 2 times in a row (they were waitign for us). I remember us getting a huge argument because my dad didnt believe us that the ride broke down.

I just waited 90 mins while ON the Kilamanjaro Safari ... it was the giraffes fault he wouldnt move :upsidedow

Longest I ever waited was 40 minutes for Everest.
We rode once with a FP and then my niece wanted to turn around and do it again...I actually didnt realize the line was as long as it was, if I had known, we would have come back later.

Other than that, I havent waited more than 30 minutes and mostly 15-20 mins. I hate lines and won't wait more than 30 minutes.

I know it probably sounds silly to go to WDW if you hate lines, but really with good planning you can avoid the long lines...it's actually one of the reasons I LOVE Disney, you can plan and strategize and actually avoid the lines!

For Indiana Jones at DLR, I waited 3 hours. It was the opening day for the ride or something like that. But it was cool because they passed out these little decoder cards so that we could read the messages on the temple walls. Plus, that ride queue has amazing theming, so it was fun just to find out what the next room would look like. They had to open up the emergency exit doors and start a HUGE queue on the outside of the building for it. This was back in the day, before fast passes existed... so pretty much everyone in the park was in line for the ride. It was awesome, did not disappoint in the least, and it's still one of my favorite rides.

I waited for over 60 minutes for TestTrack but it was unintentional. I think the posted time was something like 30 minutes but the ride kept shutting down, so what was supposed to be 30 ended up being more like 70...I would never wait for more than 40 minutes in a line....

We try to never wait more than 20 minutes, but we got stuck at SM in the Mk once. We had fastpasses, but half way through the line, they merged us together with the stand-by line, and we just sat! :headache:

lamagique -- we were just at Disneyland and while going through the queue for Indy I was remembering those decoder cards and wondering if there were still any around! I also remembered a long rope that my BIL ran back and pulled on at the end of the ride and some booming voice came out saying something I thought - not sure but I looked for the rope and couldn't find it!

Even with FP's we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes to ride that ride this time. It had broken down earlier in the day. FP's help but don't always cut the line to a walk-thru for you.

I liked the ride but not as much as the first time I rode it years ago!

I have waited up to two hours in lines before FP -- for rides such as Indy, Space, etc. and for Superman at Six Flags... that was awful!

Now, I won't go into a line with a wait time listed longer than 20 minutes - without an FP!
I admit, I am a line-waiting snob! But with four kids to try to keep entertained, you would be too!

I probably waited 90 minutes in line for Splash Mountain or something similar prior to fast-passes. However, I've never waited for anything at Disney as long as I've been willing to wait for some of the big rides at Cedar Point. I waited over 2 hours in line last summer to ride Top Thrill Dragster...which, by the way, is a 20 second ride.

I'm not kidding!!! This past Sunday on the 1st of April, my wife & I were at MGM & we saw the wait time for Rocking coaster was 35mins. Well guess what? we waited 2hrs to ride. By the time we were just about to ride it, everyone around us thought is was an April-fool's joke. We were so upset.

AK this last President's Day Weekend. We forgot about the fact it was a holiday. Took about 60 minutes to get to the Safari. :scared1:

Before that.....how bout waiting to get OFF a ride. We got stuck in SM in front of the riverboat for about 30 minutes.

Beyond that....15 minutes tops.

We waited 2 1/2 hours once for the Rocket Rods at Disneyland. I'd never wait that long again, though I'm glad we did since the Rocket Rods became extinct a few months later.

Longest line ever at WDW was 30 minutes for splash.

Rocket Rods! I really liked that ride... my mom and I loved it and got in line a lot. (Single Rider was the way to go for that one...)

I guess I've never really timed them.....but it sure seems the LONGEST WAIT is for the restroom!!!!!

I guess I've never really timed them.....but it sure seems the LONGEST WAIT is for the restroom!!!!!

the funny thing about restrooms (and i guess rides too) is that they go in cycles. and then there are also some that just never seem to be busy. i worked at mgm studios and in my section, there were three bathrooms. the funny thing was that the worst bathroom was always the busiest. (worst in terms of plumbing problems, etc, etc). weird.

When we were at the MK last Christmas, I was determined to ride Peter Pan's flight, I was something like a two hour wait. There were so many people showing up with fast passes, so it seemed like we moved, maybe a foot every 10 minutes, then the CM's would make us wait while a truck load of fast passers would enter ...:rotfl:

DH kept calling me on my cell phone begging me to give up, but I was determined I was finally gonna ride that thing. DH and DS went and had lunch, rode the carosel, sat on a bench all before I got to the ride entrance.:lmao:

"Magnum" at Cedar Point the first year it was open. Waited nearly 3 hours, then about 3 cars away and the ride shut down for another 40 minutes. Was well worth it though. Best coaster ever (imho)
