What's the latest you would make a PS for 'Ohana?

I'm just wondering how late is too late. Is 8 or 8:30? I know about Wishes, but I'm wondering about the food and service. Is the food and service winding down by then? Is the resturant less crowded at a later time?

We just tried Ohanas for the first time this past October and we loved it!!! Our food and service was great!!! In fact, we'll be back in July!!

Our PS was for 7:00 pm, and we finished dinner earlier than expected. Our waiter asked if we were going to the beach to watch the fireworks and we did! It was great!!! Anyway, after we had watched the fireworks, we went back inside to do some shopping and when we passed by Ohanas, it was still a little busy! There weren't a lot of people waiting for tables, but the restaurant still looked full!
