What's the earliest you've ever gotten INTO your room after check-in?

All Star Sports--12:00 Noon! I always Fax my Building Reguests 4 days before, and always mention that I am arriving around 1:00pm. Its ready EVERY time!;) Even in June.

We have gotten rooms in the morning at the Beach Club, Poly, Wilderness, Dolphin, POFQ, and ASMovies. I think if your room is ready, you'll get it.

I got into my room at PO (FQ) at 6 a.m. in early December 1997. I requested early check-in when I made my ressie. A lady next to me at check-in was told her room wasn't ready!

Most of the time we drive to WDW from Virginia, so we've never gotten there earlier than 5PM, however on our last trip in February we flew down, and got the the Dolohin between 12:30 and 1PM. Our room was ready, much to our surprise!

We just returned from YC, we checked in around 7:30 - 8:00
that morning because we switched resorts. We went straight to
our room, checked it out and caught the 8:15 bus to Blizzard Beach.

We got into a room immediately in asmovies. We arrived around 10am and they found us a room that was ready. I hope we are as lucky this time.

;) :) ;) :)

If you got a room at 7:30am it was vacant the night before.

I work at a big resort in Las Vegas. So many guests don't understand that they can't get an early check-in the day after the hotel is sold out . . . if there isn't a clean & vacant room to give them.

If you absolutely positively need the room early in the morning then make your reservation to include the night before and ask the hotel to check you in the day before you arrive and run the room vacant. Yes, you have to pay for the room 1 more night but IMHO it's worth it, to not have to beg for an early check-in and be guaranteed to get into your room early. I've done this at the Dolphin and the room was ours when we arrived at 7:15am - because we paid for it.

Likewise for a late checkout - if the hotel is going to be sold out then giving someone a late checkout (later than 1pm) guarantees that the room won't be available to sell that night. If you ask for and receive a late checkout then the occupancy is low enough to allow for it. Ditto for an early check-in.
