What's the closest Amusement Park to you?

We're close to Six Flags Over Texas which does little for us. The closest parks that we enjoy are Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels and Sea World in San Antonio.

15-20 minutes from Kennywood! I was just there yesterday. :D

15 minutes away from Six Flags Elitches Garden, Denver CO, 25 minutes away from Lakeside, and 30 minutes away from a big water park-Water World. We have about 3 smaller waterparks but Water World is the biggest.

We're about 2 hours from Paramount's King's island and 2.5 hours from Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom.

Six Flags Over Georgia.......It's a hole.......:(

Technically it is Wyandot Lake, being that it is about 15 minutes from my house. As for a *real* amusement park, I think it is Kings Island at about 1.5 hours away.

It is such a shame that Six Flags have allowed so many parks to be run in the ground.

Geauga Lake & Sea World (both in Aurora OH ~ across a little lake from each other) were bought by Six Flags several years ago.............and both ran into the ground. :( :( It was a nice little park before it was bought ~ I think I enjoyed that Sea World more than the one in FL because of the bird show! It is nice to see that Cedar Fair has bought the park now, so it will be built back into a very nice park. Unfortunately.........Sea World there has been closed. :( :( Cedar Fair estimates it will take up to two years to clean back up, there are several rides that they probably will not even open this summer. Such a shame...........

Six Flags DArien Lake, about 2 and 1/2 hours away. Haven't been there in a couple of years.

Its a split, we live 45 min. to Busch Gardens Tampa and 45 min. to Disney World. We live smack right in the middle!:teeth:

We're about 2 hours from Michigan Adventure and 2.5 hours from Cedar Point.

Lets see.....WDW, Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens Tampa, and of course all the waterparks..Wet N Wild and Adventure Island!!

I used to live near the Wildwood Boardwalk and about an hour or so from Six Flags Great Adventure.

I want to go to Schlitterbaun SOOOOOOO bad....I am planning on making a Texas trip in a few years to experience it.

This past year I went to Ohio for Cedar Point and Kings Island...both were awesome.

We are 3 hours from Six Flags over Georgia where some friends of mine went today. They borrowed our 2-ways we purchased for WDW a few years ago.

I haven't been to the park in about 10 years and have probably only been a few times period.

Vision Land in Birmingham is only 1.5 hours but have never seriously considered going...

30 minutes from Six-Flags Over Texas. Went there yesterday and had a blast.

I live about 15 minutes from Dutch Wonderland :p I'm going there this weekend for the first time with my niece and nephew and I'm not counting on a lot of thrills, lol! I'm 30 minutes from Hershey Park and too far (4 hours) from Kennywood which is my all time favorite local amusement park.

10 minutes to Knott's Berry Farm, 15 minutes to Disneyland. One hour or less to Six Flags Magic Mountain and Universal Studios. About two hours to Sea World and Legoland.

We're in the same town as Dollywood - about 10 minutes from my front door, I guess!

Currently trying to figure out the best "non tourist" day to use our season passes each week!
