What's the closest Amusement Park to you?

I'm 15 minutes from Six Flags St. Louis. Nothing to brag about though. My all-time favorite park is CEDAR POINT!!!! I wanted to go this summer, but since baby #2 is coming in 5 weeks, we'll have to wait until next summer. Can't wait!!!

not anything that would mean anything to you guys....

Dreamworld

About an hour away from Silverwood in north Idaho.

Two great wooden rollercoasters - one goes underground 4 times and through the gift shop!

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is about 20 minutes away. After WDW it's my favorite. Haven't tried Kings Dominion yet but that's about an hour away. Anyone been there? Can you give me a review?

It's been awhile since we've been here and when we were the kids were soooooooo young, we couldn't get on anything really. I would definitely say, if you're going with children that are of a certain height, pass on it. Their height requirements are stronger than any park we've ever been to. If however, that's not the case and a thrill park is to your liking, GO FOR IT! It's soooooooo much better than Busch Gardens! You'll have a blast.

I live a little over an hour away from Six Flags Great Adventure...not sure if there's anything closer.

I second the thought for Kings Dominion. We've been there three times from NY and are going back next month for the fourth. Great park, great theming, fun rides and characters.

On topic, Enchanted Forest in Old Forge is about 75 minutes from be, and six flags darien lake is 3 1/2 hours.

Six Flags America ( in Mitchelville, MD)... about 25 min from my house.

Paramount Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia) .. about 2 hours from here.

Disneyland. Well, actually Legoland is closer but we don't visit that park since our kids have gotten older.

Live about an hour away from Six Flags New Orleans. We've never been.

Six Flags Over Texas (in Dallas/Arlington). They have some decent coasters but after going to WDW we're spoiled. Just nowhere close to the theming or variety of rides.

I am about an hour away from Dollywood. I can't believe Lake Winnie was mentioned here twice! I am about 1 1/2 hours from Lake Winnie and went there last summer.

I think, and it's only opinion on my part, but anyone within a couple hours drive of Disney World, not be allowed to post to this thread!! ROFL I'm just kidding! BRAG AWAY, we'll just sit here and gloat!

Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom is about 15 minutes away. Next closest are Holliday World which is about an hour away and King's Island which is about 2 hours away.
