What's the cheapest you've ever paid for a room?

It will be $129 a night for the Swan for our family of five Dec. 1-3, just can't beat that. :cool1: :cheer2:

$49 for All Star Sports

Even though it isn't the cheapest, I still think the best deal was the Poly for $189!!! What I wouldn't give for that rate now!!!!! :goodvibes

And if you wonder how??? They were all public rates thatanybody could get!!!
I got the Poly 2 weeks ago for 183,military rate

what are your secrets??? i never get good rates//

2002 GA residents rate $49/nite at ASMu. I hope/wish for something better than the AAA rate of $119/nite that we have on the king room at CSR in December. I doubt that we will be so blessed, but free dining would certainly ease the sting of the gas bill for the trip down. Maggie

April 2001, $49 at ASMu using the "Hispanic Newspaper code"

September 2003 we stayed in All Star Movies for 50% off with a military discount (I think - I have a bad memory). So I guess we paid about $35-$40 a night or something.

Then I just got a couple great rates for this next trip with military discounts. Lagoon view at Polynesian for $280 a night (normally $400 a night) - total savings for 3 nights $360. Courtyard view at Wilderness Lodge for $153 a night (normally $255 a night) - total savings for 6 nights $612. Grand total savings for both stays - $972!

Pop-$49
AKL Savanna-$109
GF Lagoon-$0!!! (we won the trip from Kelloggs!)

right around $55 for a value resort. $79 at the CSR for the executive suite :cool1:

Had many great deals mostly AP rates. The 2 best:

1. CR 4 nites > (taxes only) + Free Won McDonald's WDW's 25th birthday

2. BWV 1 Bedroom Villa the week it opened, $210.00 / nite. (included tax). 12 nites.

Mky princess:

Hmmm... had a post card rate Dec 2001 $49 + tax at All Star Movies.
This past January our AP rate for POFQ was $88.17 with tax per night.
The 7 for 5 deal in 2003 was cool, but I can't remember what it came out to be per night at Coronado Springs.
I hope to get a great BRP rate for WL in January! :0)

:Pinkbounc 32.5 more days and we land at MCO! :Pinkbounc

a few times with AP discounts. I think the only times we paid full price for our room was when we booked our honeymoon pkg through the wedding place (first trip together to WDW), and one Feb during President's week (everything cost more for that trip). For this trip, our AS room is going to cost almost double of what we are used to, due to the darn BRP and Oct black hole.

In January 2005, we stayed at ASMovies for $60 including tax and AKL with a partial pool/savannah view for $117 including tax.

 Look like no one is talk ing about the "free rate"
Im so curious now, and wondering if you had to sell your soul to get this rate?

Just last year we were offered:

$49 for any of the Values (as many have already said)
$79 for any of the moderates
but we stayed at AKL for $109 Savannah View...for that price, we couldn't pass it up! Glad to have done it once, now I don't feel I have to stay there again (loved it, but just don't "need" to do it again)

For those who posted $0/night....HOW? I know about the postcards/e-mails/AAA and public discounts, but I've never seen FREE.

$74 per night in 5/05 at POR. We got a prefered room in building 15. I had a pin code.
