We are starting out at CR after breakfast at CM at around 11am and we want to visit many of the Disney Resorts. I read in the unofficial that Loop B takes us from CR in this order: TTC, Poly, GF, MK and back to CR.

1. How do we get to Beach Club for dinner at Beaches and Cream over by Epcot from either AK or Epcot areas?
2. Do we have to drive to each resort that's not in the MK area?
3. If we have to drive, after leaving the MK area where should we go next?

It seems that the MK area only that has the monorail which off-siters can use for free.

to get to any resort you can take a bus to downtown disney from wherever you are and then board a bus to your destination at downtown disney.

Thanks for the tip, but we don't take the bus. It seems too slow for us since we have one day to resort hop. The Unofficial doesn't recommend we take a bus out of DTD because it makes many stops through and especially during park closing because of the crowds. We don't know at this point how late we'll be out there. :p

You didn't mention if you will have a car or not. If you don't have a car, WDW Transport is your only option and you can either travel to a park and then switch buses to wherever you want to go or take a bus to DTD and do it the way that was described above.

If, however, you are going to have a car, it will be much easier. You can just exit the MK and follow the appropriate signs to the resorts you are looking to visit.

The only other option I can think of off hand is a taxi, but that would get expensive.

We are driving a car and we also will be off-siters. Apologize for not adding that.

Since you have a car...I'd definitely drive to each of the resorts. It can save you a lot of time.

Since you're starting at MK Resorts, I'd use the monorail to go to the various resorts. After that, I'd drive out to the EPCOT resorts since that's where you want to end up for dinner anyway. Just follow the appropriate signs and you'll be on your way....and if you get lost, don't hesitate to pull in to anything and ask.

Are you parking at CR or are you parking at the MK general parking area? I assume that you will be parked at the Valet parking at CR or at the visitors lot at the CR but you did not say. The visitors lot has a time resrtiction so be very careful of how long you will be there. I believe it is about a three hour time limit. After Breakfast you can use the monorail to go to the Poly, then the GF and then Back to the CR. You could also see the Wilderness Lodge by boarding a boat to and from the WL at MK. (You may be able to catch the boat from the CR but I am not sure. I am sure someone out there will know if the boat goes on to WL after stopping at the CR) HELP?. After getting back to your car, I would drive to the Boardwalk and park at the self parking lot or valet at the Boardwalk. You could then see the Boardwalk resort, the Beach Club and Yatch Club resorts ( All three are connected by a brick walkway that circles a smallish lake and it is a short walk), get into and out of EPCOT through the International Gateway, and finally just walk over to the Beach Club to eat at Beaches and Cream. You can also walk around the boardwalk lake to visit the Swan and the Dolphin hotel. I think you may be able to park at the Beach Club Valet instead of the Boardwalk but I think the Boardwalk is easier to get to from the Disney road systems. Maybe someone else can suggest the best route to take but the signs for the resorts are well posted. You would then have to drive to AK Lodge.

Yes, we planned on parking at CR and then travelling to the other resorts. I didn't know about the boat from MK to WL...thanks a lot.

The best way to get to the Beach Club from Epcot is to take the boat from the back end of Epcot (in the World Showcase). It drops you off at the back door of the Beach Club.

From MK, you can take the monorail to the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, and Contemporary.

All other resorts are very easy to drive to; the Disney signs are well laid out and easy to follow.

Thank you Marcy...that's what I wanted to know. We will be boating it too. :)

Actually the boat drops you off at the back door of the Yacht club.\

It will not only be faster to walk to B&C (because the boat first stops at BWI), it is probably just as long a walk from the YC pier to B&C than from Epcot to B&C.

While we are on the subject, I want to go to the Rose and Crown at Epcot before Illuminations. Is it possible to park at BC or YC and walk over, have dinner, watch Illuminations, and walk back to the car and avoid the traffic getting out? Sorry to intrude my question on this thread, but we were kind of on the subject, right? :teeth:
