My birthday falls on the second day of my trip this year and I'm wanting to make it a birthday to remember. Any suggestions? There's just me, I'm a big kid!

You should definitely eat at your favorite restaurant...maybe try to get a ressie for a place where you can watch the fireworks from? Cali Grill? Whatever you do, I'm sure it will be a great day :)

Stop by Guest Services at the Park you are visiting and let them know. One time it was my b-day and they gave me a special sticker. When other cast members saw this they paid special attention and gave me some perks. The best one....I got to ride Space Mt. 4 times in a row!

Yeah, getting a birthday button or sticker is a great idea. We were in Disney last year for my sister's birthday and she wore the pin...everyone was so nice and always saying happy birthday and other things. It made her feel really special. :goodvibes

I like to start my birthday at MK with an 8am ADR at CP but this year my birthday May 6th is an early entry day at MK so I'll be there for early entry then have breakfast around 10am. I'm not sure if we'll stay most of the day at MK or maybe we'll park hop or spend a while at the pool but then we'll have dinner at California Grill. Depending on what we've done during the day we may go to MK for Wishes or go to Epcot for Illuminations or just an early night-I'm getting OLD you know....:rotfl:

I originally had a room at Contemporary and was thinking of getting a cabana at the pool for the day but now I'm at BWI and I don't know if they have them.

Food, food, and more food!

Have at least one nice dinner at a nice restaurant, whatever your favorite one is. If it's one that has lunch offered, you could even do that - it will still be just as special, taste just as delicious, but be a lot cheaper!

Like they said, definitely get a birthday button. Some of us custodies at MK would get birthday people free ice cream or popcorn - Some of the QSFB outdoor carts people will give them to you as well! And like they also said, sometimes Attractions hosts/hostesses will take you to the front of the lines, etc. It's always beneficial to get a button. And get the rest of the people in your group to wear "I'm Celebrating" ones as well!

If you like attention, just make it obvious that it's your birthday. When the parade attendants are out amusing the crowd before 3 o'clock, let them know! There's no telling what they may do for you.
