What's the best view you've ever had at WDW and where were you staying?

Really, ANY view of ANY part of WDW is a good one to me! :)

I could not agree more!!!

I am hoping to get the best view in a couple of weeks....A Boardwalk view at BWV in a 1 BR!!! Toss some pixie dust our way please.....:D

twice I had the Magic Kingdom view from the Contemporary Tower

We were on the second floor with a water view overlooking beautiful Crescent Lake and the Boardwalk. Loved seing the Friendships go by - oh...and the families riding their surreys. I loved the sounds of the Boardwalk. It was so magical.

We had a fifth floor studio in Boardwalk Villas (Crest O' The Wave) and the view was breath-taking!! I wonder if it's the same room that Badger Bruce had?!

We had a lagoon view at the Poly. The view of the castle was breathtaking and to be able to sit on our patio at night and watch the fireworks over the castle was amazing.

You can't compare the views at AKL with anything else at WDW they are so unique. Where else can you see African animals from your balcony?

When I stayed at PO-FQ I had a very peaceful view that looked out on a park like area. This was a great view for me too.

We were there in August and stayed at the Beach Club Villas.
Had a nice view of Spaceship Earth and I think what is the building for the Land(?) Could watch the fireworks from Illuminations at night from our balcony. Really cool. Room 477 for those interested.

My favorite view was last year in a Grand Villa on the Boardwalk. Our room was where the large pillars are. We could watch the Epcot fireworks from our balcony every night. One night we could see the MK fireworks at the same time!

I also loved watching all the activity on the bw each night!

Room 1505 at the Polynesian... don't even really need to get out of bed to see the Castle. In my opinion, the BEST room at the Polynesian!!!

We have stayed at almost all of the resorts and for us hands down it is the Contemporary Tower, 11th floor, Bay View. You can see for miles! It is so relaxing sitting on your balcony every night watching the electrical water padgent. We also had a view of Epcot in the distance and could see some of the fireworks from illuminations (when we got back to our room in time). It was also fun to watch the activity at the pool and the boats comming and going on Bay Lake.

We stayed at CB (I can't remember what building, it was 10 years ago). No view during the day, but each night from our balcony, we saw the fireworks show.

This is EXACTLY what we are hoping for....just not in a GV (well, maybe someday...but I doubt we will never have enough points for that:(

Well, the only view I didn't like was that of the backside of a pillar at Magnolia Terrace when we paid for a water view room. Of course, we were young and dumb, and didn't know that if it wasn't to our satisfaction, we may have been able to have been moved. Oh well, live and learn.

At DXL in the Bayou, we had a view of the river and the bridge crossing it, and every morning there were baby ducks waiting for us outside our window.

At WL we had a view of the secondary courtyard, with the quiet pool. Very quiet and relaxing.

At CBR (we ignored the parking lot out of one window) we had a corner room that looked out on the courtyard, and all of the baby bunnies hopping around!

At the Contemporary, we were in the South Garden Wing, with a great view of Bay Lake. The cranes would line up on the rocks in the morning, and we could see the sun coming up in the mornings. At night, we could lie in bed with the doors open and see and hear the Electrical Light Pageant.

At the Courtyard Marriott LBV we had a pool view with DTD and the Swan and Dolphin in the background. At night we could see the high fireworks from Epcot from our balcony.

We are staying at PO-FQ and didn't request a view... so I am interested to see where we will will end up!

I have to admit in all the years we've stayed on WDW property all of our best views have been at the Swan & Dolphin.

The best, best view was last year at the Swan when we stayed in a studio room which was at the end of the hall in the main bldg. We didn't have a balcony but the view was breathtaking. It was on the 8th floor, room 843. We had a panaromic view of the BW, EPCOT & the DOLPHIN.

The coolest thing was sitting on the window sill at night watching Illuminations and then being able to see the fireworks at MK too!! Didn't realize the building I saw lite up on the horizon was the CR!

Just an amazing view!!

My wife and I stayed at the Poly and had a castle view... WOW!!!!

Even though we saw fireworks from outside our room at Dixie (Oak Manor), and loved the CR tower view of the Magic Kingdom, and the Poly views...etc.

Our favorite has to be the Dolphin resort. The view we have from the top floor of the far East wing is breathtaking, and truly memorable. To see the Spaceship Earth, Illuminations, and even the MK fireworks is MAGICAL! We're heading back again...in less than 10 months!! ;)

Yacht Club with view of lagoon, Boardwalk and Epcot fireworks. The room right over the lagoon walkway with great sunrises.

I also stayed on the 5th floor "Crest of the Wave" and I could not tear myself away from that view. I would get up super early to catch the pre-sunrise colors, mixed with the nighttime lights of the Boardwalk--and then--the sunrise bathing everything in golden sunrays. Then at night--the purple Spaceship Earth, the sparkly Yacht & Beach--then Illuminations! It's right up there with Contemporary Tower/Magic Kingdom view alright...

Like I said.... WOW.... It is so cool to see the Castle change color at night... And to wake up and see that castle is just amazing...
