What's the best time to pick up car at Dolphin?

I can make the reservation to pick up the car anytime between noon and 3:00pm, (August 22) are there usually lines to pick up a car, if so, what time of day would be least crowded? Thanks!

I would think any of those times would be OK, but lunch might factor into it so maybe after 1pm?? I've dropped of a car around 3pm before and there was nobody in front of me at the counter.
