Definitely agree on BOG for good use of a CS credit for breakfast. Paying out of pocket, it's not really worth $25 to me, but one CS credit it is for sure!

Better yet to get a pre park opening reservation! Go, enjoy breakfast, then ride a few things before lines get long. We rode 7DMT twice with empty cars after breakfast, then they offered to let us ride again (but I thought that was enough)!

Most QS breakfast are otherwise quite inexpensive, so not the best value on the dining plan. You can get lots of things for a snack credit, like biscuits & gravy, which are filling enough to me!

BOG is the best value. Boardwalk Bakery has probably my favorite breakfast, but it's pretty cheap out of pocket. When we have a Dining Plan, we usually use our snack credits for breakfast (cinnabuns are massive at the bakery/Gaston and can easily fill people up).

This is only my opinion but as I stay at the All Star Music every year, I must have the "Bounty Breakfast" in the Intermission Court. It includes eggs, bacon, sausage, mickey waffle, potatoes, bisquit, coffee and OJ. My wife and I travel down to WDW every year and I so look forward to getting this breakfast every morning. I can't remember but I think it is only $10. I have tried character breakfasts but for the cost and the hassle of getting up early to get to the park to get to the restaraunt, it's not worth it to me. I'm 63 and set in my ways so it's the Bounty Breakfast for me.
