What's the age gap between how old you are in your head vs reality?

20-25 years. I go to school with mostly kids around 25 and I feel absolutely no different than them except when they talk about all-nighters or bar cruising. LOL

I just turned 61 a couple days ago but I feel about 10 years younger. It’s kind of hard because my husband is 7 years older than me but I swear he acts like he’s 20 years older. 🙄Plus our son is 40.

I think 10 years, too - I'm about to turn 40 and I definitely keep thinking of myself as around 30 (part of that is covid stuff, obviously - and major changes during the last half of that decade).

30 years, I'm 74 but in my head I'm only 45. It's funny how I've aged in my head for years I was 24, then I moved up to 35 and now I'm at 45.

I recently turned 50 so this has been on my mind a lot recently. I tell people I act like I’m 20, feel like I’m 70 and if you average them out I’m pretty close to reality.

I am also 63 and at times act 17 as well. I suppose most of the time I don't feel any different than I did in my 50s, except where did I leave them keys?

I'm 66 but don't feel any different that I did when I was 25. And there in lies my problem. I have and I am recovering from health issues that can all be silent killers. No impairment to my life or activity, just things that only show up in blood work and medical tests.

My brain is positive that I am in my 20's, however my 75 year old body begs to differ. Sadly, at this point the body is calling the shots.
