All soda is called by it's actual name here. I rarely hear the words "soda" or "pop". I, myself, just call them fizzy drinks.

When we want a specific soda, we say its actual name. However, instead of saying soda as a generic term, we say Coke.

I just call it by its individual name. I wouldn't say 'soda', 'pop' or 'fizzy drinks'; I'd just say 'Coke' or 'Pepsi' or whatever it's called. Or 'lemonade' or 'cherryade' or whatever if it's not a particular brand.
