I figure a bunch of the rest of you are like me. I've always got WDW on the brain, and while i'm whiling away the hours, posting on the boards, I've usually got WDW park music playing in the background. In fact, I do right now. :)

What's on my usual playlist:

Spectromagic-- actually, I have it playing right now. :) My favorite parade music.
Illuminations: Reflections of Earth-- my hands down favorite WDW park music.
Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade
Fantasmic!
Wishes
Splash Mountain
Pirates of the Caribbean pirate:
Soarin' -- the wonderful Jerry Goldsmith theme.
Ellen's Energy Adventure, Honey I Shrunk the Audience, and Timekeeper-- the themes only. These magnificent scores by the great Bruce Broughton have never been commercially released, which is an absolute shame. I love going to Universe of Energy just to hear the score. I've only been able to find the main themes to each online. Please, Disney, release a Bruce Broughton theme park CD! Another great score by Broughton is The Rescuers Down Under. It's not a park score pe se, but one track from it is used for the Fountain of Nations in Epcot.
Golden Dreams (The American Adventure)
Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand

I have a general obsession with most Epcot music. Too bad more of it isn't available on CD.

Anybody else? I'd love to hear what park music you love! :sunny:

Isn't he the one who also composed the score for Homeward Bound? That's one of my favorites.

Park Music I have -

A parade cd, forget the actual name of it, but it has Stars and Motor Cars, Share a Dream Come True, and the Jammin Jungle parade on it. And I also have the Cinderellabration and Festival of the Lion King CD's.

I have a lot of the Disney soundtracks and albums, but not park/attraction music.

Electric Light Parade, Tapestry of dreams

Also if you have a Sam's club membership the last time I was there they had the Disneyland 6 cd disc set for between $60-$70. Sorry I can't remember the exact figure. I didn't buy it when I was there but plan to the next time I go there.

Sigh. I have tons of Disney park CDs that I love, but I so wish they would release the soundtrack to the MVMCP parade. As far as I can tell, it's never been sold and I would just love to have that for the holidays every year!

Indeed he is. Homeward Bound is a great score, too. I'm a film music nut also, and Bruce Broughton is one of my favorites. Unfortunately, a lot of his best work for movies and theme parks has never been released on CD. For example, he recently scored Disney's recent direct-to-video Three Musketeers. Wonderful score-- no soundtrack release. Apparently Disney has hired him also to score the upcoming direct-to-video Bambi II.

Epcot music in general is my favorite. It's the park I love getting to the earliest, mainly because I don't mind standing outside the park for an hour, because I get to listen to the great Epcot entrance loop. :)

I have the music and full ride-throughs from virtually every WDW attraction, plus alot of the "area music", on my computer. Some of it was taped by people who left their tape recorder in the bushes by the speakers, because every once in a while, you can here someone talking faintly in the background. If you search the net hard enough (and mIRC), you can find alot of sound files from the parks and resorts!

I just bought myself  the new tinkerbell mp3 player at Target. Not much into listening to music, except maybe in the car, but I will be flying up to NJ in a few weeks, and thought some disney music would help make the ride go faster. (It will also get me ready for my trip to WDW 2 weeks after I get from NJ.)

Anyway, I'm now looking for a place to download mp3s of Disney Music (Would especially like Wishes.) Where is the best place to get the downloads? :confused3

Try this link:

#Disney-Central

Follow the directions on downloading and using mIRC carefully, and you will find a treasure trove of WDW music and videos.
Enjoy!
