What's next? Club Penguin Month?

Hey guys,

I was just wonder, with POTC online and Toontown being promoted, do you think that VMK will move on to Club Penguin next month? To me it seems to fall out of their target age but I'm really hoping that VMK doesn't group up with another Disney game for a while. I wouldn't mind a month related to any of the park events but these game months seem all a bit filler. This year, so far, it seems like VMK is try to release everything they haven't released by giving us these 'filler' month's. I'm just hoping to see the last of these 'filler' months, and possibly move on to a more traditional VMK theme with actual HOST prizes and games.. instead of the usually treasure magic (which seems to have replaced host pins!) and teleporter games..

I'm excited about the site promotions though. I'm looking forward to Disney Fairies and Cars (Radiator Springs?) months as well

While we're talking about themes, I would like to see some theme pins come out again. C'mon vmk!

A move to Disney classics would be nice for a change. There are so many movie and ride themes that have yet to be covered. I could personally care less about these "game inspired" themes but I think I'm over the age range of typical players. I joined vmk because I love all things Disney, not gaming.

Yep. Me too.

After all, they haven't really done much in the way of dvd realeases. They could have done something for the 101 Dalmatians release. They also didn't really do anything for Enchanted.


We have yet to see anything with Winnie the Pooh, Bedknobs & Broomsticks, Mary Poppins, Jungle Book, Aristocats and others. At least not that I can think of.

What about those prince costumes? And other girls costumes? So much Disney to explore and none being done.

I think that they picked out Toontown Month because this year (2008) marks the 15th year since Toontown in Disneyland was opened. Just a thought.

It opened in January 1993 so I just think they are doing that to make more ads for their other games nothing more ..

I HATE IT. I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT. I hate how the character moves, I hate the lands, and its completely pointless. I dont know who would pay for that

I agree while I enjoy the TDM I'm getting tired of it and want real Host Prizes

VERY YES. I'm ok with pirates and toontown since other than being online games, they are still based on parts of the park. Club Penguin has nothing to do with Disney other than they bought it. And besides, my time on Club Penguin was spent wandering around, looking at all the stuff I couldn't buy since I wasn't an official member, and trying to find someone who knew how to type.
