what's left to watch on tv?

malcom ended forever tonight, that 70's show dies this week, will and grace as well (as well as dh's choice charmed), my name is early/gray's anatomy/how i met your mom are all ending their seasons, i don't know if nip/tuck or weeds will ever start airing again-and they took away my six feet under last year! (we won't discuss the vile decision not to return 'carnivale" to the air because it was "too inteligent for the adverage viewer to understand").

what am i going to watch?????? beyond court shows i'm not big on reality shows (well i did like amish in the city as well as the trading mom shows)-i detest anything to do with sports-and oversexed housewives living in a cul-de-sac just does'nt appeal to me..............

any suggestions?

I know just how you feel! All of the shows are coming to an end for the season. I will watch Big Brother this summer and also watch alot of movies, dvd etc. Not much more you can do!

I was just saying the same thing to DH last night. Sounds like I've become a couch potato. Time to get out and spend some time doing activities instead of watching the **** tube.

The 4400 starts June 11.
Deadwood also starts June 11.
The Dead Zone starts June 25.
The Closer starts June 26.
Eureka starts, and both Stargate series start in July, as does Nightmares and Dreamscapes. A new Showtime series, Brotherhood, also starts in July.

We'll also be trying to catch the reruns of The Unit. We've missed the pilot rerun, but all the other episodes will be rerun this summer.

Also, we burned The Shield onto DVD, so we have all that to watch, as well as a whole mess of L&O, a show we just started watching last summer.

i've thought of checking out l&o, dh will be thrilled about the stargates (major sci fi fan-in fact most of the friday nite tivo space is devoted to his shows).

oh well may i'll do as he's doing-renting up all the past season dvds of shows that look interesting and seeing if maybe he wants to try them out first run (i think he's decided alias is a winner in this regard)-i've been tempted to see what all the fuss about the sopranos is about.

just realized looking at my season passes on tivo tonight-boston legal ends this week, little people big world is over, king of the hill ended tonight and the simpsons go on vacation in another couple of weeks.

well if nothing else-when i start cleaning out the garage i'll find all those videos we havent watched in YEARS and i know i have at least a dozen dvds i've never seen (gifted).

I'm actually looking forward to ER to end for the season, so I can start watching Without A Trace all summer

I am a ADMITTED Couch Potato during the Fall & Winter. However during the summer I do catch up on my reading, DVD's..and outside things! I do tend to surf to the channels other than ABC,CBS,NBC,FOX etc, during the summer months!

Gotta tell ya... TIVO is the greatest invention ever! I have plenty of things recorded & burned on DVD...to last me a lifetime and will get me thru the summer!
