What's in the coupon book you recieve for doing the online survey?

When we purchased our tickets, we had the opportunity to take an online survey. After doing so, we were given a confirmation that we present to the Universal Studios store in USF or the Trading Post in IOA. It's probably very similiar to one that we got several years ago (if so it's worth doing the survey), but we don't remember what's in it??? Anyone know?
