You can request a room with a queen-size bed and 1 bunk bed set. The lower bunk bed would need more lighting - suggestion: to bring a small hook on light from home - or lots of flashlight batteries.

Coutyard views- if you book Courtyard View and would like to get the Original Courtyard View (with Silver Creek Fall), be sure to confirm the room location! Otherwise you may get a "new" Courtyard View with Villas' swimming pool.

Woods view - The rooms over look a wooded area with a small pond. In the morning you may see watch rabbits nibble on the grass and ducks swim in the pond.

Red Flagged boat goes to Magic Kingdom

EHV (Electric Handicap Vehicle) may not be able to take any of the boat transportation.

Whispering Canyon Cafe - at dinner - if you are 1st one line, you may be selected to ring the dinner bell and holler "Come and Get It!!" in the lobby.

The pool - you may see lifeguards asking for a resort ID

Wilderness Lodge Mercantile shop - has 2 fantastic life size wood carvings of bear that you have to see.

When you check in ask to be the Wilderness Lodge Flag Family of the day and in the very early morning hours get to climb up to the roof of the Wilderness Lodge and assist with raising the flags for the day.


Tours - "Wonders of the Lodge" tour is offered at 9 am on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. This tour is about the architecture and how the Lodge was built, takes you outside, talks about landscaping, and then goes back inside and talks about the artwork like the metal work and the Totem Poles and the paintings.

Electric Water Pageant - Go to the boat dock in the evening at approximately 9:35 PM (check with Guest Services for exact times). You'll be treated to the delightful Electric Water Pageant which makes its way across Bay Lake nightly.

GEYSER - The 120' Geyser spouts every hour on the hour from 7:00 am to 10:00 PM

Wilderness Lodge - The 728-room lakeside Disney's Wilderness Lodge opened on May 28, 1994, and is modeled on the historic Old Faithful Lodge circa 1904 in Yellowstone National Park
