I always order the Cannelloni al Forno. It's spinach and ricotta stuffed pasta tubes with bechamel sauce. It's a little pricey for pasta $25, but it's very good.
I'm going to say...not stuffy but not free for all either. It is a big open noisy room. But it is a bit more up-scale that your average 1 credit meal but the waiters have always been great with Skyler (she was 3 and 4 when we went) and she neven felt like they were talking down to her or about her...and they have always sung Happy Birthday to at least one of us...and if you have girl teenagers...definately...lots of very nice looking young male wait staff that are not to bad to look at!
We tried lots of different entrees at Tutto. The lamb chops, steak, farfalle, lasagna, were all vey good but my favorite was the chianti tortelli. It was so fabulous, ordered it as suggested by our server. I am very saddened to see that it may not be on the menu per the Dis. I would say go for what your in the mood for, I don't think you can really go wrong.
