whats going on with vmk!!

is it me or is vmk changing dates of things and getting ppls hopes on the high charts. i mean they are telling us that the monsters inc game will be on the 6th then they change it to mid january and worst of all the host have games to give them away and when ppl get there they get dc!!!!!! what the heck is going on with the ppl who own vmk!?!?!?!?!??!?!

Okay, just a little comment to help everyone keep things in perspective. VMK designers do not work alone. They must also coordinate things with VMK marketing AND Disney (in this case Disneyland/DCA) marketing and/or events. The change of release date may well be due to any number of things, such as: actual opening of ride was moved back while DCA made some tweaks or needed additional testing, on-line game needs some more work (as I recall, the Kellogg's Pirate site was a few days later than first announced), still some coordination needs to be worked out between VMK designers and Disney, etc.

Try to be patient and just enjoy looking forward to the new stuff. Remember, after a few months of very few releases, we got an entire new land with games and a lot of new furnishings for the holidays. I know it is easy to assume there are just a handful of designers involved in VMK but that is very far from the case. A lot of cogs have to try to mesh so, whoever first picked the date of the 6th, may have underestimated or just made a mistake.
