Good morning all. The in-laws are still visiting. Tonight I think I'll make some grilled NY strip steaks, baked taters, and broccoli with hollandaise sauce.

I think I'm almost cooked out. I'm not used to cooking three meals a day for seven people.

Have a great day!!

we're having baked pork spare ribs (we were going to have them yesterday on the grill, but DH is a fireman who got called out all day) and now that you mention it, baked taters and broccoli with Hollandaise sauce sounds really good.

 :confused3 well since we have an orthadontist appointment at 3:15 and cheering at 6:30 (we need to leave by) and I have NO IDEA what time Mark is coming home from work cuz he is out of town -
I might just make a pasta salad to leave in the fridge and whenever anyone has time it will be burgers, dogs onthe grill and the salad!

We're having a second night of roast beef barbeque/sloppy joes. It was so good I'm thinking of looking through the freezer for another roast so I can do it again next week! :teeth: We'll probably just have salads with it tonight, since the thunderstorms are so bad right now I won't be able to walk out to the barn to get any corn. :(

Well, I consider having left over pasta & veggie salad for dinner, but I just ate it for lunch :)! I know I have fresh corn ... hhhmmm .. what else ...

BBQ boneless chicken thighs with rosemary grilled potatoes and scalloped corn
DD4 made worms and dirt for dessert, with my help of course.......

Everyone's dinners sound great. We ended up getting Chinese take out. Yay, I had the night off from cooking!!! :cool1:

I made a 3 cheese pizza with a shop bought pizza base and all the cheeses in the fridge, yummy! I'd been craving a cheese pizza for days. We finished off some remaining garlic bread with it too.

We're having griled salmon with a fresh tomato salsa I made last night to go with chicken fajitas. Probably heat up some frozen veggies as well.
