Is the bfast just croissants and coffee or is there a bit more to it than that?

Croissants, coffee, milk, juice, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, and rolls... My kids were ga-ga over the croissant pastries filled with chocolate. There was certainly more than enough to eat, and get us through until lunchtime.

Yes, even at the Santa Fe.
Its standard breakfast fare in most of the hotels (and the GMF breakfast in Fantasyland). There is loads to choose from.
