What's Concierge???????

I'm not stupid this I know, but when you see concierge in the room option what does it mean????

What does the concierge do for you that you have to pay for????

And are they only at deluxe resorts????

Concierge is at the deluxe resorts and it has a lounge area that has free food and drinks etc for you and there are staff htere that can make arrangements for your day with dining etc I am sure they do more than that but that is all I know of that people use it for.

Here's some info on it. We were interested in the amenities of concierge (or club level) accomodation but did not want to pay for over the course of our entire stay, so we did a split-up our stay so that only the last 3 nights of our 8 night stay was at the concierge level.
