What's being offered in return for signing up for American Express Card at US/IOA?

Anyone know what's being offered in return for signing up for American Express Card at US/IOA? Many years ago they offered meal vouchers if you signed up and got approved for the card. Just wondering what the current offer is. TIA for any information.

My MIL was there the other day and they were taken to the front of the line to purchase tickets and offered 2 express passes for that day. They were only picking up annual passes and weren't going to the parks that day so they gave them cards good for the dining plan quick service instead of the the express passes.
