What's an Appetizer at CG (2007)?

I am using the DDP this December. I was just looking at the CG menu. They have Flatbreads, Sushi and First Course. I know some of the sushi isn't included as an appetizer on the DDP, but what about the others? Is a flatbread considered an appetizer? What about one of the first courses? I'm guessing the answer is "yes," but just wanted to find out for sure.

Yes, as far as I know the only exceptions are two of the most expensive sushi dishes, which may be ordered as an entree.

As of September, this was true. I just looked at the menu here though, and it does look like they moved the sushi to the entree section, as of October. (The two exceptions when we were there in September were the snake in the grass and the Yoshie's deluxe sushi.)
To tell the truth, we had the sushi- cause I reallly love sushi, but it kind of made for an odd meal, since it had almost no veggies and so much protein.
